Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in South Africa - unfortunately we do not ship international
How long does shipping take?
After you checked out your order and all info is correct - orders take about 1-3 days to be courier out on items in stock
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped out - you will receive a email notification with your tracking number to track your order. It is your responsibility to track your order with the courier service.

When an item is out of stock?
When an item is out of stock - we do try to get the item back in stock asap. Feel free to reach out to us to get eta on an item
Do you offer wholesale order?
YES!!!! we would love to do wholesale orders for your small business or store front. We offer wholesale discount so please reach out to us via email
Do you do custom orders?
We would love to help print your custom order so please forward STL file for printing via email to us to get quote.
Do you have a physical store?
Not at the moment - but we are planning on opening one in the next 1-2 years. We are a ONLINE store only - items can not be viewed at this stage.
Do you sell STL files?
Sorry but we do not sell any digital files.
